Standard Support (Simple Tier)

Standard Support Expectations

Our Simple Agent Tier (£3,000 per month, requiring a 36-month contract and a one-off £10,000 onboarding cost) is a fully managed service, which means we are always on hand to ensure your voice agent is performing as it should.

What is Included?

With standard support, your team gets access to our dedicated email and ticketing portal. If you notice a hiccup in the agent's performance or simply have a question about your service, you can log a ticket with our engineering team.

Standard support operates during standard UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM). Non-critical enquiries are typically reviewed and actioned within one business day, ensuring your deflective support operations continue running smoothly.
