For operations that require deeper integrations and dynamic conversation handling, we offer the Advanced Agent Tier. This tier costs £5,500 per month, alongside our standard 36-month contract and £10,000 initial onboarding cost.

  • Full Telephony Support: Comprehensive routing capabilities to transfer calls dynamically across your existing departments and IVR systems.
  • Ticketing Tool Integration: The agent can autonomously create, update, and read tickets in platforms like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira.
  • Tighter Support SLAs: Priority response times and enhanced ongoing support for your deployment.
