Choosing between our two main packages comes down to how deeply you want the AI to interact with your backend systems. Both tiers require a 36-month contract and a £10,000 onboarding cost, but the monthly subscriptions differ based on functionality.
Simple Tier (£3,000 per month)
Choose this if your primary goal is deflective support. If your callers mostly ask questions like "What are your opening hours?" or "How do I reset my router?", and you simply need the AI to read answers from a document or schedule a human call-back, the Simple Tier is highly effective.
Advanced Tier (£5,500 per month)
Choose this if your AI needs to take action. If callers are asking "What is the status of my IT ticket?" or you need the agent to actively log support requests into a platform like Zendesk while juggling complex, multi-layered conversations, the Advanced Tier is required.
