Encryption Standards
All data handled by the voice agent is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard TLS 1.2+ for all API communications between the AI, your telephony provider, and your ticketing platforms (such as Zendesk or ServiceNow).
Isolated Environments
Every client is provisioned within their own logically isolated environment. This means your ingested company data, API keys, and call transcripts are entirely separated from our other clients, eliminating the risk of cross-contamination.
