Handling Transcripts and PII
As a managed service provider, we ensure that your voice agents are fully GDPR compliant. Call transcripts are stored securely, and we employ automated redaction tools to identify and anonymise Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as credit card details, national insurance numbers, and dates of birth before they are stored in your database or passed into your ticketing systems.
Data Retention
We work with your compliance team during onboarding to set custom data retention policies. Transcripts and call recordings are automatically permanently deleted from our servers once they reach the end of your specified retention period.
