Managing Call Volumes

Our £3,000 Simple and £5,500 Advanced tiers are designed to cover standard, day-to-day business volumes comfortably. However, because telephony and AI compute have hard costs attached, we do operate fair usage policies.

When we scope your initial onboarding, we will agree on a monthly baseline for call minutes and interactions based on your historical data. If you experience an unexpected, massive spike in calls, your agent will keep running smoothly to serve your customers, but standard overage charges may apply for the excess usage.

If you consistently outgrow the standard limits of the Advanced tier, it is a great sign that your business is scaling—at which point we will work with you to transition to a more cost-effective Enterprise plan built specifically for high-volume traffic.
