Our Pricing Tiers

We like to keep things simple with our managed voice agents, offering two fixed-price tiers alongside a tailored Enterprise option.

Simple Agent Tier (£3,000 per month)

Perfect for handling standard enquiries, answering questions directly from your ingested documents, and booking call-backs. It is a completely hands-off, fully managed service.

Advanced Agent Tier (£5,500 per month)

Built for more complex needs. This tier includes everything in the Simple package, plus multi-conversation flows, full telephony support, tighter SLAs, and direct integration with your ticketing tools (such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira).

Enterprise Tier

Got a high-volume IT service desk or business-critical customer service operation? Our Enterprise tier is custom-scoped to fit massive scale and specific compliance needs. Just ask to book a consultation with our team to explore tailored pricing.
