We build our AI agents to learn and deliver long-term value, which is why all of our managed service agreements come with a standard 36-month contract period.
Why 36 Months?
An AI voice agent isn't just plug-and-play software; it is a fully managed service that gets better over time. A three-year commitment allows us to continuously optimise prompts, maintain your ticketing integrations, and refine the agent's performance without passing those ongoing development costs directly onto you.
Renewals and Cancellations
At the end of your 36-month term, you will have the option to renew your contract. Should you wish to cancel before the term ends, early termination fees will apply, covering the remainder of the contract balance.
