How We Handle Billing
We like to keep our commercial terms as straightforward as our voice agents.
Invoicing Schedule
Your £10,000 onboarding fee is invoiced upfront as soon as the contract is signed. We won't kick off the development and document ingestion process until this is settled.
For your recurring subscription (£3,000 for Simple, £5,500 for Advanced), we issue invoices monthly in advance. If your procurement team prefers to pay annually upfront to simplify your own admin, just let us know and we can easily arrange that.
Payment Methods & VAT
We accept payment via standard bank transfer (BACS/CHAPS) or direct debit. Please note that all pricing quoted on our website and by our agents is exclusive of VAT, which will be added to your invoices at the standard UK rate.
