How We Train Your AI Agent

Turning Your Documents into Conversations

A crucial part of our onboarding process is training the agent to sound and act exactly how you want it to. Unlike old-school chatbots where you have to manually map out hundreds of rigid "if/then" dialogue trees, our system uses generative AI backed by strict, factual guardrails.

The Ingestion Process

Once you provide us with your company literature, we process and ingest it into an isolated, secure knowledge base specific to your agent. We then configure custom instructions (system prompts) to dictate the agent's tone, personality, and operational boundaries.

This ensures the AI knows exactly what it is allowed to say, how to represent your brand, and precisely when it needs to escalate a complex query to a human agent. This initial training is included in your onboarding cost, and ongoing prompt optimisation is continually managed for you throughout the duration of your 36-month contract.
