How Long Does Onboarding Take?
Because every business is different, the exact time it takes to deploy your AI voice agent depends heavily on the complexity of your requirements and how quickly we can access your source materials.
For a standard deployment on our Simple Tier (£3,000 per month, alongside the 36-month contract and £10,000 onboarding fee), we typically aim to have your agent fully tested, approved, and live within 4 to 6 weeks from the kickoff meeting.
If you have opted for the Advanced Tier (£5,500 per month) or a bespoke Enterprise package—which involve deeper IT service management integrations and dynamic multi-conversation flows—the timeline generally extends to 8 to 12 weeks. This ensures all API connections, fallbacks, and routing rules are meticulously tested.
