The End-to-End Onboarding Journey

What Happens After You Sign?

Once you have agreed to your 36-month contract, paid the one-off £10,000 onboarding fee, and selected either your £3,000 per month Simple Tier or £5,500 per month Advanced Tier, the real work begins.

Our onboarding journey is fully managed and typically follows four key stages:

  1. Project Kickoff: We meet your stakeholders to understand your exact call flows, brand voice, and business objectives.
  2. Knowledge Ingestion: Our engineering team begins feeding your company FAQs and documents into the AI's secure knowledge base.
  3. Integration & Mapping: For Advanced and Enterprise tiers, we set up your complex telephony routing and hook the agent into your ticketing systems via secure APIs.
  4. Rigorous Testing: We run hundreds of simulated calls to ensure the agent sounds natural, follows its guardrails, and provides completely accurate answers before it ever speaks to a real customer.
