What We Need From You (Customer Requirements)
Your Role in the Setup Process
We are a managed service provider, meaning we handle the technical heavy lifting that is covered by your £10,000 onboarding fee. However, to build an agent that truly understands your business, we will need a few things from your team:
- Knowledge Materials: Up-to-date PDFs, Word documents, website links, or CSV files containing your FAQs, policies, and product details. The better the documents, the smarter the agent.
- System Access: If you are deploying our Advanced Tier (£5,500 per month, 36-month contract), we will need API keys and service account access to integrate seamlessly with your ticketing tools (like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira).
- Telephony Details: Information on your existing phone numbers, SIP trunks, or IVR systems so we can properly route inbound and outbound calls to and from the AI.
