Ticketing integration is available exclusively on our Enterprise packages and our Advanced Tier (£5,500 per month, alongside our standard 36-month contract and £10,000 onboarding fee).
Supported Platforms
Through secure API connections, we can integrate the voice agent with all major IT Service Management (ITSM) and customer service platforms, including:

Once connected, the AI can autonomously log new tickets with accurate summaries, search for existing tickets based on a caller's details, and read out real-time status updates directly over the phone.
