How We Connect
We do not rip and replace your phone systems. Instead, our engineers seamlessly integrate the AI voice agent using standard SIP trunking or direct inbound dialing (DID) number forwarding. Whether you use a cloud-based PBX or legacy on-premise hardware, we can route calls to the agent.
IVR Handoffs and Routing
The agent can act as the first point of contact, answering the initial call, verifying the caller's identity, and either resolving the issue or dynamically routing the call back to your existing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system or directly to a specific human department based on the conversational context.
