Automating Call-Back Appointments

How the Booking Works

If a caller requests to speak to a human, or if the AI determines the query is outside its permitted boundaries, the agent will offer to schedule a call-back. It integrates seamlessly with your team's existing calendars—supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and popular scheduling tools like Calendly.

The AI checks for your team's real-time availability, agrees on a suitable slot with the caller, and drops the appointment straight into your calendar with a full transcript and summary of the issue attached.
